Rates are offsite. Onsite or field travel time and expense from Willow Grove, PA, additional. Hours worked will be billed weekly and are net 10 days or upon specific deliverables or milestones. If a Firm Price project experiences a change in spec that requires additional hours / time compression, they will be billed at the current break-point rate / 50% premium.
